My Journey:
From Therapist to Health Advocate
After many years of practicing traditional approaches to therapy, I came to a new understanding of health and wellness that is rooted in both science and spirit.
I believe women in midlife are not meant to fade, but to rise into the strongest, clearest, most impactful season of their lives. That requires alignment — body, mind, and spirit. For me, this isn’t about forcing solutions; it’s about honoring the way we were designed. When we fuel our bodies with food, breath, water, sunlight and sleep habits that all work together to restore our balance, when we create simple rhythms that hold us up, and when we reconnect with the deeper beliefs that give us strength and renewal, something shifts.
Energy returns. Clarity sharpens. Hope expands. This is the work I do: helping women step into a way of living where their belief system, their biology, and their leadership finally move in the same direction — so they can show up fully for the lives they’re called to lead.
A Personal Struggle with Health
On a more personal note, I’ve struggled with my own challenges with emotional and physical health. I’ve been treated for clinical depression, anxiety, ADHD, and the painful aftermath of professional burnout more than once. I’ve grappled with a lifelong pattern of losing and gaining weight along with the inevitable poor body image that accompanies this struggle.

The Turning Point:
Discovering Bio-Hacking
About ten years ago, after hitting an emotional and physical bottom with my health, I discovered the world of what’s known as bio-hacking, and like computer hackers who meticulously fine-tune their path to success, so it has been for me with figuring out how to manage my own biology. Today I love my life and my health, and the success I’ve experienced personally adds to my commitment to bring a message of hope to countless others who have stories similar to mine.

A Holistic Approach to Healing
For me, and for the rising number of people researching the connection between metabolic and mental health, one thing has become clear: we need a new system of healing, one that offers a truly holistic approach. The vision for my work therefore comes from years of research as well as lived experience, and offers a simple yet radical idea: when it comes to healing your mind and body you are your own therapist.
When you become equipped with the right tools, knowledge, and support, you can take charge of your own health and discover the natural joy of living we are all meant to have.
